This rug was handwoven by Berber women artisans in the Azilal region of the High Atlas Mountains using traditional Amazigh weaving techniques transmitted through generations.

Made from 100% natural sheep wool, the ivory base uses undyed wool while the bold geometric shapes are individually hand-knotted using traditional dyes.

Unlike classical Azilal compositions, this piece shows a more abstract artistic interpretation, reflecting the personal creativity of the weaver rather than strict traditional symmetry.
